When a patient enters in a health care system with a problem then he is considered as a case and many services are provided to him by the staff to improve his health and well being
There are mainly 4 phases in which a patient receive different services :-
Preintroductory phase in which a care and patient does not actually meet each other but the care provider comes to know about his own conflicts strength weakness etc
Introduction phase in which they both actually meet each other and the care provider will build a trust worthy relationship between with the patient
Working phase in this phase the care provider will collect the data related to patient and arrange all the needs according to their priorities
Then comes the last phase of termination after which the patient will continue his normal life ahead .
