Answer: There are various stages of sleep, the very first stage of sleep is a condition where you are ready to sleep, eyes are closed but it is easy to wake you up. The second stage consists of a sleep mode where you are in sleep, heart rate becomes slow and body temperature drops but you can wake up easily. The third stage is that where you are in deep sleep and it is difficult to make you awake as your mind already adjusted to a sleep mode.
Sleep is most important part of life, during sleep many hormones are secreted that are very useful for us. If any of the person is deprived of sleep, or has been not slept for a day, his mind slowly stop working, the thinking capabilities slows down.
