A sphere of mass M and radius R is on a smooth fixed inclined plane in equilibrium as shown in the figure. If now the sphere is displaced through a small distance along the plane, what will be the angular frequency (in radian/sec) of the resulting SHM ? (Given k = 4M/3). 1. 30° The volume of 0.5 kg of liquid water over the temperature range from 0°C to 50°C fits reasonably well to the polynomial function : V-0.5-uT+pT2 , whereu--4 x 10-& β 5 x 10-6. And the volume is measured in cubic meters and T is temperature in degree Celsius. Find the volume expansion coefficient y for liquid water at 20°C. Write (2.5y X 10) in OMR sheet. 2. 6. Two boys, each of mass 50 kg are at the ends of a uniform 4 m long platform of mass 95 kg moving at 2 m/s on a smooth surface. The boy at the rear end has a ball of mass 5 kg also which he rolls towards the front at 4 m/s relative to himself. Let 'x' be the distance (in m) that the platform moved by the time the ball is caught?

The first question I've encountered by deviding the whole problem in X and Y coordinators and then have taken the resultant effect.

The second question is quiet simple.I've used the formula of thermal expansion and reminding object is, in the formula given for volume, the denoting "T" is calculated in degree Celcius not in Kelvin(what we use by default).

For the third question,I'm a bit confusing what its meant by rear end,so I did all two possibilities. But I stongly felt that, the first thing what I've done is asked.
