Unionized health care is a community based settings..service employees international union (SEIU) is national hospital, nursing home based, spiritual based,investor owned hospitals and teaching institutions..united American nurses has local nurses union .it has adopted national standards for their organization to improve and patient care by nurses Patient ratios, it has restrictions on unsafe practices and it avoided compulsory shift rotation and overtime..it also improves funds and pension plans,employer - paid- post- retirement medical benefits....it improves work place safety, promote unity and strengths for union RNs ..This unionized health care organization efforts in a ways lawfully for workers rights and freedom of choice..

In non- unionized organization there will be rules,wage rates,they follow discipline, promotion and hours of work and workers has no voice.. Health maintenance organization is a non-profit unionized one it is medical insurance group..This type of organization affect reimbursement and target..Readmission rates lower in non- unionized hospitals.. Hospital consumer Assessment of health care providers and systems( HCAHPS) scores will less than union organization..
