Answer #1

(a) State which measure would most powerfully support your goal and

Answer:-

Incidence rate will most powerfully support your goal. Fatality and mortality rate will not serve the purpose, as the number of deaths will not give an idea of the number of crashes (a crash does not necessarily cause death of all the persons on board).

Total number of cases will likewise not fill the need, as there is no notice of the day and age in which the accidents have happened. Commonness will state the quantity of event at a specific time point, which might be unimportant at a specific minute.

Occurrence rate will state the crude include of accidents happened a specific timeframe (for instance, tallies every year) and subsequently will be the most helpful.
