a) At-will termination refers to,an employer can terminate an employee at any time for nay reason or no reason at at all.
It also means that an employer can change the terms or contract of a job with no notice or the employee is free to end the relationship at any time ,with or without advance notice/The employee can quit at any time for any reason.
b)The employer or the organization quit the employee for some of the benefits of the organization,or prevent the economy loss or improve the productivity.The main benefits are:
