What is At-Will Termination? Who does it benefit the most? Why? What states recognize At-Will Employment?

*fairness of pay

*good working environment

*hours of work and workers

*pay off and leaves

The members of the organization are the cluster of workers and they provide a link between the management and the workers.

*Collective bargaining is the negotiation process that takes place between an employer and a group of employees when certain issues arise.The employees represent a trade union member during the bargaining process,and the negotiations often relate to tthe employees issues such as :

a) At-will termination refers to,an employer can terminate an employee at any time for nay reason or no reason at at all.

It also means that an employer can change the terms or contract of a job with no notice or the employee is free to end the relationship at any time ,with or without advance notice/The employee can quit at any time for any reason.

b)The employer or the organization quit the employee for some of the benefits of the organization,or prevent the economy loss or improve the productivity.The main benefits are:
