Directions for reconstitution are: Add 75mL of water to yield 250 mg per teaspoon.

The child’s dose is 111 mg B.I.D.

How many mL should you administer per dose?

One teaspoon equal to 5ml

So,

250mg / 5ml

125mg/2.5ml

100mg/2ml

50mg/ 1ml

25mg/ 0.5ml

12.5mg/0.25ml

5mg/0.1ml

2.5mg/0.05ml

1.25mg/ 0.025ml

Here Child need 111mg

So,

0.25ml=12.5mg

2ml= 100mg

If u give 2.25ml parenting get 112.5mg dose,

But child need 111mg,

So,

2.25ml - 0.025ml= 112.5mg - 1.25mg

2.225ml = 111mg

So addictions 2.225ml to achieve the dose of 111mg.
