Some common symptoms in older patients are breathlessness, loss of appetite, joint pain, fatigue.

Atypical symptoms include confusion, change in behaviour, falls, change in functional abilities etc.

Some more common illnesses are urinary tract infections, chest pain, back pain, constipation, sleep disturbances.
