Answer: Smoking not only causes lungs infection, damage to the lungs and respiratory system but also decreases the fertility rate both in men and women.

At the present era, smoking is common in young men, some are addicted and many young made it as a status symbol. Many people smokes due to stress and they think that it is a stress buster. But the adverse effects of smoking to the smoker as well as to the environment is too much. There is urgent need to stop the increasing habit of the young men to smoke.

One of the best way to prevent smokers from smoking is the education. Many people who smokes are aware of the lung infection and cancer but not about the other consequences of the smoking. We have to educate them about the adverse effects of the smoking to the body as well as to the environment. There should be awareness campaign to proceed this objective and plan.

Near about 84% young men of the population are smokers. The replacement of the addiction of the smoking should be done as introducing tablets which withdraw the craving of the cigarette. People should know the benefits of being healthy and living healthy lifestyle. The indulgence of physical activities such as walking, cycling etc should be done to improve the mind set and health of the body. Sinkers should try to do meditation which can be a stress relief.
