Do the funnel and phase gate approach apply all programs?
A funnel approach is adopted to eliminate the weak projects and help on focusing only on projects that have high chances of success on the other hand the phase gate approach or stage gate approach is a technique used in project management where a project is divided into various stages based on decision points, at each stage decisions are made on future forecast, associated risk, availability of resources like men, material, money etc. these approach are mainly used in case of new project selection and new product development where the risk of doing new project is high and the manager needs to focus on the organizational goal that is to satisfy both the consumer and the investors. so these two approach are generally preferred while performing new projects so that an appropriate project can be selected that gives the desired return.

Please do the following programs in C++ complier. Do all the programs. I will give upvote straight away. 1) Write a program that uses a menu. Use a while loop in your code. Ensure your menu has an option to quit the program. 2)Write a program that creates an int array of size 10, then uses a for-loop to populate the array with numbers from your favorite number pattern. 3) Write a function that accepts an array as input then...

How do you calculate GDP with the expenditure approach if not all values are provided? Please provide an example of how to answer a question which asks you to find GDP through the expenditure approach if all the values that are needed to answer the question are not provided. Please do not answer with the definition of GDP and the expenditure approach. Do not answer this question if you do not know the answer.
solve all please Gate AB in the figure below is a quarter circle 3 m wide into the paper and hinged at B. A jet of water with velocity V, is directed radially toward the gate exactly in its middle. The jet diameter is 5 cm and it flows smoothly on the surface of the gate without friction. The gate has a mass of 300 kg. The centroide ofa quarter circle area is located at a dste m from the...
