He came into the hospital with no response on Moday, today his blood sugar level is 162 , potassium 3.0, his vitals are normal. His skin is warm and dry. He is oriented x3. He has type I diabetes. 1. Impaired physical mobility related to loss of limb, pain and altered sense of balance.
2. Hypokalemia related to fluid loss during surgery , inadequate intake.
2. Risk for infection related to traumatized tissue and increased blood sugar levels secondary to diabetes mellitus.
3. Risk for ineffective tissue perfusion related to reduced arterial or venous blood flow, tissue edema and hypvolemia.
4. Situational low self esteem related to loss of body part and functional disability.
