1. An estimated pathway for the given infection would probably be in the following sequence :

Starting from patient C, it will be trasmitted to patient H followed by patient F that will be further transmitted to patient G.

From G it can be transmitted to patient A or patient B based on the mutation.

From patient B it will further get transmitted to patient E.

And from patient A it will get transmitted to patient D.

This information can be found by the given information. This is because the infectious genome will keep on increasing as the infection keeps on spreading. So more infectious genome in a patient shows that such a patient is infected later.
