At AC segment solid and gas forms of the substance are in equilibrium.

The substance exist as solid on the right hand side of the line CAD. The substance exist as gas on the right hand side of the line CAB. Substance exist as liquid in between DAB.

2) Point B is critical point of pressure and temperature.

This is the point at which liquid and gaseous phases coexist.

3) Point is the triple point.

This is the point at which all three phases of the substance coexist.
