There are three principles of total quality: customer focus, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Using the South University Online Library, find three articles that describe current practices in healthcare organizations. Each article should illustrate one principle of total quality. In the recent years we can see a modernizational trends in health care organization to improve their total quality in the health care sector and health care sector by following three of the principles such as customer focus,continuous improvement and team work.Through this trends we can improve to deliver a high quality care thus we can improve the customer satisfaction and they can lead a better burden free life with out complication.

Through this way we can implement our trends in our health care,after successful implemention of the strategies on an evidence based practice to promote and generalize the strategies to other health care organizations.

In this period of globalization and modernization of every industry including health care organization that is very tough for each and every organization to meet the challenges and each and every day and there is a advancement of technological services.By carefully implementation of the strategies including the implementation of the Informational technology in the health care services improves the total quality of each and every organization.

Most of the customers wish to manage the health issues as soon as possibly is a recent trending,They need a better care facilities with early detection and management of diseases in this era.The health care organizations has to view the customers need and focus on customers and act it as quickly to improve the customer satisfaction

For the continuous improvement in the health care sector with the application of health information technology in the health care sector we have to give equal importance to the application of evidence based practice and technological improvement in the early detection and management of each and every disease condition affecting to any human body system.And also one of the main goal of the healh care sector is to improve the health literacy of the people thus we can promote the health and wellness of the people without fastly developing to a disease by a planned health check ups and follows a healthy life style practices and good eating behaviours

To meet the challenges to promote the health and wellness of the people we need a interdisciplinary teamwork in the health care sector.Team work in healthsector we can say it as collaboration and co-ordination of two or more people or two or more departments who interact independently with a common purpose to meet a measurable goals.By the application of teamwork that is integrating services among many health care providers is a key component to offer a better care.The communication of different peoples and health care providers to make decisions as a unitthat works toward a common goal.

Anyway we can say that health care is a multidisciplinary team and profession in which doctors,nurses,health professionals from different specialities must work together,communicate often,and share their resources to promote the health and wellness of the customer and their satisfaction thus can maintain a total quality in the health care by following the 3 principles of quality in each and every health care organization.
