The term leisure is that time which is free from any personal or professional obligations, work (paid and unpaid), and tasks required for existing (sleeping, eating). Leisure time is residual time which we use to energize us for a better tomorrow. It is a way of advancing to the path where in we feel relaxed and composed. The term recreation is any activity, that amuses, diverts or stimulates and helps us to charge our self again better with the various options it provides usIt is a kind of an amusement activity. Play is an imaginative, intrinsically motivated, nonserious, freely chosen and actively engaging thing that is typified by spontaneity, joyfulness and inhibition and is done not as a means to an end but for its inherent pleasure. It is the best part about play.he main aim of leisure, play and recreation is providing  a refreshing and one of a kind experience away from the busy routines of life.
