Defense and coping mechanism is used to overcome any situation which is due to stress or any threatening situations.

Optimism is a form of being positive.Realising and overcoming the negative things by their coping strategy can be categorised under optimism.

It is important in the following way

• To create a positive vibration
• Encourage to start from the failure point towards success
• Improves the success rate
• Reduces the risk factors of high blood pressure
• Creates a large social group to support during crisis
• Helps in creative thinking
• Always have a mindset that everything is possible
• They always put an high effect to achieve success
• Be determinant and toiling
• Has a capability to involve others in the work as a teamwork.
• In disaster or crisis due to their optimism they tend to render care and find a solution.
