In conductive hearing loss, sound appears quite but distorted but in sinsory hearing loss it appears both quite and distorted

In conductive hearing loss sounds are will heard when amplified but in sensory hearing loss sounds are not well heard even when amplified because sound's distortion limits the amplification.

In conductive hearing loss quality of speech is well maintained while in sensory hearing loss, since patient doesn't hear its own voice it becomes indistinct and exprossionless.
