1 of 1A circuit is shown in the figure. A 9-volt battery is connected by wires to different resistors. The positive terminal of the battery is connected to a 50-ohm resistor by one wire and to a 75-ohm resistor by another wire. A 50-ohm resistor is connected directly to the 100-ohm resistor, which is connected directly to the negative terminal of the battery. A 75-ohm resistor is connected by its terminal to a junction, placed somewhere between the 100-ohm resistor and the negative terminal of the battery.
