This needless waiting causes many customers to become frustrated, which easily can turn to anger, causing some customers to develop bad attitudes and even to behave inappropriately. These negative responses to waiting in long lines affect other customers as well as the employees. Therefore, businesses must do something to make the wait time shorter for their customers.

The prime focus of all the business should be now to reduce the waiting time for the customers. Everywhere whether its a salon, restaurant or any amusement park, people need to wait in long queue to receive the service that they need. This long time waiting make the customers feel frustrated and sometimes turn into anger. People develop bad attitude towards the product and services and start behaving inappropriately due to long waiting time. They start using abusive words and go violent due to unnecessary long waiting time. This in turn would affect the efficiency of the employees and other customers. Thus the companies should primarily focus on reducing the waiting time for the customers.
