Would you feel differently caring for a client who was voluntarily or involuntarily committed? Have you ever witnessed a client be involuntarily committed inappropriately? Involuntary commitment is the patient are admitted by the jurisdiction for their mental illness may be after a harmful act.There should be no difference in the care offered to a voluntary and involuntary committed patient.. Involuntary commitment orders are necessary so that the people who are not mentally sound can be treated. It makes one feel sympathetic when a client is done for Involuntary commitment

2)The mental illness people are categorised into two phases acute illness and chronic illness.The inpatient setting may be privately owned or owned by government. Client who needs care for 39 days are kept in one setting and for a long term illness more than 30 days another setting is done

3)Milieu therapy is the one the client are in the therapy for 9 to 18 months in a group. They make decisions and identify what is right and wrong.I If one individual does a mistake and others don't try rectifying or hide will also be punished.Thus method is useful because it improves the decision making skills,group activities, leading,understanding out of mistakes interacting with others,improves communication and cognitive skills.The main nurse role here is intervening the communication ,checking the number of activities,providing materials,client education, setting limits on abnormal behavior, medication administration to see whether the psychological needs are met.In communication it exhibit 5 patterns namely fan pattern,chain pattern, ring pattern,wheel pattern and all channel pattern
