Childhood abesity is due to many reasons which include lack of physical activity, geneticale acquired, unhealthy diet, hormones etc. Childhood Obesity is a condition in which the weight of the child is more than normal Children of his/her age. Children with obesity will feel self conscious and hisher self esteem' will be less. This obesity will lead to diabetes, High BP, high cholestral, heas diseases, bone problems etc. To overcome childhood obesity Pasients should encourage their children to decrease theio weight. * Nutritional diet should be implemented. * Exceasing for several hours per day → More sleep and healthy routine should - be a must > And parents should always explain that physical conditions are not be depressed My belief is that being healthy is important because "Health is wealth". Self esteem they may panticipate in group lons in a group therapy and join support groups and one should remena ber that the people who sees physical condition and appearances above other things are not worth anyones time and attention. Childhood obesity is seen over the world and one should never feel depressed about it but cook towards bettering ous health. by exercising, healthy diet etc...
