Three ways by which essential fatty acids i.e. the fatty acids such as linoleic acid (omega-6 group) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3 group) that cannot be made by our body and have to be incorporated in our meal plan, (NIH, the Office of Dietary Supplements);

Making use of such as Canola oil and soybean oil for cooking as it is a rich source of essential fatty acids

Taking flax seeds and chia seeds

Consuming Nuts such as walnuts
