The best way to modify in the meal plan Dinner 1 to make it as an vegetarian meal

  • Is by removing the pot roast beef (non vegetarian)
  • Portobello pot roast can be added in the diet because it is a vegetarian food which is equal to the nutrients of pot roast beef.It is more healthy choice to replace a meat in the menu.
  • Milk is also considered to be a food in non vegetarian so it has to be replaced.Almond milk is good choice if needs adequate protein but as it is a dinner meal rice milk can be opted because it is rich in starch and carbohydrates.
