1.a. The eating plan F supplies most of the water to the body. With the other ingredients, the diet plan provides 24 ounces of fresh water in total.

b. The major source of water in this diet plan is 1 cup of whole milk,24 ounces of fresh water and 1 cup of lettuce. When compare with the other meal plan most water sources are in that plan are the form of some artificial means. That is not an essential part of the body. The body needs the main source of water in the form of water itself, that will get from the diet plan F

c.Most of the ingredients mentioned in the diet plan G are in dry form. It can be modified to increase the water content by means that the most of the fruits mentioned in the diet make it into the form of juice and other pulses make it as a Soup form thus increase the water content.

d. We can improve the water content by adding more fruit juices instead of eating fruits and we can make the pulses in the form of soup and as well as we can add milk, soymilk or fresh water.
