1) A - Eating plan B supplies enough potassium.

Potassium rich foods in eating plan B are more than plan A and C.

Eating plan B consists of grapefriut, milk, cantaloupe, broccoli, spinach, peas and nuts which have high potassium levels.

B) Have enough magnesium in plans as they consists of spinach, fruits, nuts, peas, asparagus, broccoli, salmon which are rich in magnesium.

C)Potassium and magnesium are minerals important for body as they both important for cellular and electric function.

Potassium maintain fluid balance, nerve signals, muscle contraction.

Magnesium regulated blood sugars levels ,nerve muscle functions, blood pressure.

4)sodium content can be reduced by removing instant foods such as cereals,vegetables, canned foods etc.

5) No. there is no enough iron in this eating plan.

B) Meat, fruits, green leafy vegetables, legumes,soya beans, nuts ,seeds, tomatoes should be added to increase iron.
