2a. Starch sources in the eating plan B are wasabi peas, oat granola bar, soy crisps, nuts, spanakopita.

2b. sources of fiber in the diet plan are broccoli, spinach, fresh raspberries, cantaloupe, peas, oat granola bar, asparagus spears, tomatoes, mixed nuts, soy milk.

2c. sources of simple sugars are raspberries, cantaloupe, honey oat granola bar, white wine, tomatoes.

2d. sources of refined sugars are grapefruit juice, vanilla yoghurt, blueberry juice, barbecue flavour soy crisps, vanilla ice cream, spanakopita.

3a.    the eating plan is not helpful in stabilizing blood sugar.

3b. because it contains a wide portion of fruit juices , ice creams and starch foods. Raw fruits and vegetables are more helpful in stabilizing blood sugar.
