Grapefruit juice, cantaloupe, raspberries, broccoli,blueverry juice, soy crisps,mixed nuts,cheddar cheese

Raspberries, cantaloupe, broccoli, peas,.nuts.

c) sources of simple sugars

Raspberries, cantaloupe, peas,nuts etc

d) sources of refined sugars

Grapefruite juice, white wine,barbeque flavor soys crisps,

Blueberry juice, granola bars, vanilla yogurt, coffee.vanilla icecream.

3) This eating plan might cause increased blood sugar levela as there is increased intake of fats along with sugar also.

But, with proper physical exercise and regular intake will help stabilize blood sugar level and will also help in maintaining it
