2a.eating plan G can be modified to increase water content

2b.adding coffee.,yogurt,plain water,soy milk to increase water content

3.potassium rich foods are orange,brocoli,grades,dates,graphics,mushroom etc.eating planB contain potassium rich foods

3b.magnesium rich foods are spinach,broccoli,salmon,nuts,peas etc.plan B contain magnesium rich foods also

4.sodium rich foods are canned foods,seafoods,sayed niya etc.reducing this will manage sodium content

5.foods rich in iron are banana ,apricots,dry fruits etc.plan G contains this fruits..So it's a iron rich diet plan
