Answer #1

1. Answer ; During a scheduled break or lunch period

Rationale ; The assistant may have a chance to get some free time, when the physician was not on the work or any time during the office period. By doing this is not a professional practice and it would leads to cause any problem with client trying to reach the physician office. So it is better to do their personal work at the Scheduled time.

2. Answer ; The call should be placed during the business hours of the time zone in which the company is located.

Rationale ; First the assistant should need to analyze the location of the company before making a call, If it was not an working hours for the company and the Assistant had made a call and failed to reach them will end up in delay to make a required order.
