Answer #2

First break out ions from each compound: Ba(OH)2 (aq) + 2HBr (aq) --> BaBr2 (aq) + 2H2O (l)

Ba (2+) + 2OH- + 2H+ + 2Br- --> Ba (2+) + 2Br- + 2H2O (These cancel)

2OH- (aq) + 2H+ (aq) --> 2H2O (l) (Divide each by 2)

OH- (aq) + H+ (aq) --> H2O (l) NET IONIC EQUATION

Answer #3
This is a typical Arrhenius acid-base reaction. The reaction is between H+ and OH- to make water.

Net ionic equation:
H+ + OH- --> H2O(l)

Ba2+ and Cl- are spectator ions.
