Otherwise, The database a collection of tables or the different types of records that will help to store the data in the form of the structured way.

All these databases can be presented in a single instance of time.

we need to define the database in the order of their system. that are

System database

User-defined database.

Here the Terms boh are similar to each other and they are related to very close.

The Instance can be in the form of the Document, File and that conforms to a particular type fo the Definition Type.
