Answer #1

lesser stable complex can be dissocated easily and releases CN- very fast.

the general point is central metal ion oxidation state increases stability of complex also increases.

in [Fe(CN)6]4-   ,   oxidation state of Fe = Fe + 6 x -1 = -4

                                                                 = +2

in [Fe(CN)6]3-   ,   oxidation state of Fe = Fe + 6 x -1 = -3

                                                                 = +3

first complex Fe oxidation state is +2 and in second complex Fe oxidation state is +3. so second complex is more stable and less probability to dissociate.

so [Fe(CN)6]4- is more poisonous
