(i) Wrong index column order: It can cause performance issues in the database system. If the indexes are not placed in correct order then it can degrade the performance of the database. The same problem can happen if the indexes are defined incorrectly.
(ii) Over-indexing transaction table: Over-indexing transaction table can affect the effectiveness and performance of the database if it contains high level of I/O activity.
