People living in Feather River Canyon -are skittish about transporting - Uranium - 233 , up the Canyon - in Rail Road Box cars, because they have experienced one such incident in 2014 , when one of the Rail Road Box Cars - got Derailed, spilling over the Corn & Grain - which it was carrying...

They fear what can happen if the same incident is repeated, and again the Rail Road Box Cars, carrying - Uranium - 233, gets derailed spilling and Exposing - the environment to the exposure of U-233, which can have serious health hazards - for the surrounding areas and the inhabitants of these surrounding areas.

The above is the reason - because of which people living in feather valley canyon - don't prefer to get Uranium - 233 , transported up the canyon in Railroad Box Cars.
