GOOD NEWS!! The hospital where you work is getting a brand new break room! It will be a centralized break room for all departments on the same floor – laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum. Since this will be a common break room, all departments must share the decisions and costs involved. Your team has a representative from each department. Your report will include information from the representative from each department - laboratory, pharmacy, rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum. You will have to decide what the laboratory representative's decisions would be, what the pharmacy representative's decisions would be, and the same for the rehabilitation, labor & delivery, and post-partum's representative's decisions would be. You will change "hats" 5 times for this case As a team, you must decide what type and how many refrigerators to purchase. Keep in mind that most employees take their lunch and there is an average of 16 employees per department during every 8 hour shift. After doing some research from the perspective of each of the 5 team representatives on refrigerators, create an evaluation grid and write a one paragraph conclusion/summary of at least 15 sentences of your decision.

Answer #1

The hospital where you work is getting a shiny new lounge! It will be a brought together lunchroom for all divisions on a similar floor – research facility, drug store, restoration, work and conveyance, and baby blues. Since this will be a typical lounge, all divisions must share the choices and costs included. Your group has an agent from every division. Your report will incorporate data from the agent from every division - research center, drug store, restoration, work and conveyance, and baby blues. You should choose what the research center agent's choices would be, what the drug store delegate's choices would be, and the equivalent for the restoration, work and conveyance, and baby blues' agent's choices would be. You will change "caps" multiple times for this case As a group, you should choose what type and what number of coolers to buy. Remember that most workers take their lunch and there is a normal of 16 representatives for every office during each 8 hour move.
