Yes there is limit on wrking hours as a nurse cant work more than 12 hours a strech in 24 hrs.

yes there should be a limit as a normal human need rest to give his best at workplace. Nurses who work more than required hours may pose threat to themselves as well as for the patients. Overtime nurses may face serious health issues and may encounter mental issues inclusing forgetfulness. So it will impact their working efficiencies. Therefore there should be limit on working hrs.
