1. CFCs are the combination of carbon and halogens, which have been many more applications in the current scenario. In the past years it was discovered and used alternative for Ammonia which has been completely overcome. In the market different grades are available for different application. The advantages are non flammable, non-toxic, non reactive and many more. After continuous usage it has been started showing defects over the environment and on human mankind health.

Such as, skin cancer due to depletion of Ozone, Lower immune response and plant burning etc.

2. The effects of lead metal over the human body shows extensive effects mainly on rain. The sources of lead from mainly from mining, smelting, from aerospace fuel etc. explored in the environment which cause human mankind, also from paint industry, drinking water, pigments etc.   

3. The composition of nanomaterials are the important factors before use; once It can be entered in the body it would disturb the biological systems and various ways it can be go into the body such as inhalation, injection, dermal etc.

due to very less size it might be difficult to take it out from the body
