You must now evaluate your plan and proposed outcomes against which cultural safety strategies can be measured. You must involve persons approved of by relevant local community elders when undertaking this task. Interact with appropriate personnel and seek their feedback in improving your plan.

Activities you need to complete as part of this task are provided in the following

2.1)   Whom (persons approved of by relevant local community elders) did you liaise with in evaluating your plan and proposed outcomes?

2.2)   Write a report on the feedback received from the review process.

2.3)   Revise your planned strategies based on this evaluation and describe changes you have made in your plan and proposed outcomes.

2.1, Torres strait islanders are a group of people living in one of the australian's cape york indigenous cultural group..This people always avoid health services or health professions..Bacause this people follow their health holistically like physical,spiritual,emotional and cultural among the community..
2.2, Torres strait islanders cultures are complex and extremely diverse..Making relationship between these people and non-indegeous people and institutions can develop dispossession..There people having wide range of background,personalites,values and beliefs..There are 34 aboritinal groups,four languages and variety of cultural customes..They also have different issues and attitudes..one among this group people knowledge can hold the whole community..The whole community participates in death,cemetries,sickness..They avoid blood,urine test,screening services especially for women.
2.3, Build trust and confidence in the service which are going to be offered..provide safe environment and implement strategies that cam improve their outcomes..encourage increased participation in planning and development of programs..culturally approach can lead to positive outcome for the program..consultation and negotiation increase their participation and process if implementation..Try to encourage trust and credibility allow them in decision-making process..Involve ths community in planning and programs.Have a collaboration with their community leaders..strategies improve health outcome..provide training to indigenous workers can improve understanding of the health issues inthis area..Evaluate cultural safety strategies to include this people in all aspects of the process..Evaluation process includes agreeing on measurable outcomes,evaluating programs and services against outcomes at last revising cultural safety strategies..
