Research is one of the most important things in human society and it is done by the various strategies. Basically, It is done to increase knowledge or enhance the lives of human beings.

Let's discuss the two strategies:

Phenomenology: It is basically a research strategy which is based on academics and does not consider the human feelings and more while it is done by analyzing human behavior and understanding it closely.

Advantages: It takes a sample by direct observation and does not consider any other means.

Disadvantages: It does not consider the human perspective which is also based on some of the observations.

Grounded theory: It is a method of research which is basically grounded in theory which means that it is based on the analytical method as well as try to decode by its various observations.

Advantages: Takes a good eye on the decoding which provides true information regarding all samples.

Disadvantages: It does not look the data directly but it decodes the data and then get the results.
