Health is an important thing for a country's development since if the people are not healthy, they are not production and it is state's responsibility in a democratic society to ensure good health to everyone irrespective of their ethnicity, status, caste, culture, religion etc. In case of America also, the blacks have been fighting for their rights and government should ensure to them for good health which is their human right too.

There is huge inequality among races and ethnic groups which can be reduced through applying the concept of constraint inequality (that i will explain in the analysis part).

Aims of the proposal (to reduce the inequality gap in health among ethnic groups and Americans)

Methodology - Using data collected by WHO for access to health to all, you can prove the statements.

Database - collect data from WHO which is an authentic organisation. some data for health is also collected by IMF, etc.

Analysis

Firstly collect all the data, and then read some articles on the same topic and with the help of arguments in them, you can make a continuation to your research proposal. You can add the following things into the proposal.

(1) To ensure good health to all

(2) To work through constraint inequality i.e. giving extra benefits to poor to bring them equal to rich people.

(3) To make awareness among the people to make better availability to access to health

(4) To refer the earlier researches done on the same topic and to learn from them.

(5) To ensure better government support by reducing corruption

(6) To provide health insurance facilities to the citizens.
