• so first this committee will maintain and protect the rights of the patient
• Then it will help the clinicians and patient to take right decision when they facing legal emergency issues
• It promote the policies and procedure by means of evidence based, universally acceptable and generalizable, so that patient will get maximum quality of healthcare outcome
• Moreover it forms the health care institution into a proper ethical enivironment by meaans of practising ethical policies and prcedure.

The word ethics denotes the principles or rules of individual to act good and to avoid wrong conduct, the ethics and ethical behaviour were orginated from the,

• family values such as honest, geniune, empathy, kindness etc.. these kinds of elements are now taking account in ethical behaviour.
• Religion, it plays important role in ethics, Especially the holy scripture of christians provides varitey of commands and order to the individual to behave a good moral person in the society. Eg; not to kill, not to steal, not to prostitute, obey parents etc..
• Tradition,,even from the ancient times some morals are coming from the generation to other generation such as showing love to others, helping needy peoples, and so on.
• Life experience,,though above mentioned factors helps to orginate ethical behaviour,,till there is a need for the promotion of ethics and ethical behaviour..This will be achieved by everyday life experiences and learnings,,

3) The durable power of attorney is a legal procedures that gives authority to a named individual to make imporatant end of life decision. In georgia;
