It is true that most of the individual in US are getting fat free and low in fat stuffs while they are buying any food in the shop. The reason that they are doing so is mainly to prevent themselves from getting more weight or becoming fatty. Even though most of them are getting weight though they eat these kinds of foods.

The reason that there is no difference for the most individual is because of the lifestyle pattern. Controlling fatty foods doesn't mean they will loose the weight or protective from getting weight. Eating large calories of food stuffs and having no kinds of body activity, over taking of large amount of carbs and there are so many other factors related to the unsteady lifestyle that leads to the issue. Not only doing one right thing and making other things fall will doesn't show any difference in this kind of individual's weight.
