Set aside 15 minutes for this exercise.

Sit down in a quiet place and get a watch or clock with a second hand.

 Gently find your carotid artery pulse (in your neck) or your brachial pulse (on the inside of the wrist, lateral to the 2 tendons, and ~ 1 inch below the crease of the wrist) with two finders.
Count your heartbeats for 1 minute. Write down the number of beats.

 Do the complete breathing technique while lying down on the floor for 10 minutes and let yourself relax.

 Slowly get up and count your heartbeats for another minute.

 Write down your heart rate in # beats per minute BEFORE and AFTER you did the breathing exercise.

 Write 1 paragraph describing what you experienced or noticed in your body; if you were surprised by the difference; etc.

i started exercise by sitting down in a quite place,i set a timee on my mobile phone and count my heartbeats by carotid artery pulse for 1 minute it was 76 heartbeats per minute.After that next 10 minutes i did breathing exercise lying down on the floor,after ten minutes i checked again my heart beat it was 80 beats per minute.My body feel very relaxed and energied after this exercise,i felt like all my tensions are gone for a while,my body is feelimg very light after this and my lungs has more space,it is like a feelings of pleasure and happiness.
