This is first experience with this guided visualization meditation techniques.. Initially I was little nervous and tensed and in doubt how much it's going to work..my friend guided me a correct way more than I explained..my mind fully blank except I heard birds sound, smell I felt from flowers, cool breeze touched my body..imagery effectiveness relies on my senses..
I felt little strange and difficulty myself in imagined scene..when I start my deep breathing I felt some relaxation, then when I involved myself fully in imagery scene my mind was fully blank and I forgot all my stress and felt some support for myself when my friend was talking in a soft voice..I really feel happy and some peaceful inside my body..This is really easy, helpful, safe and beautiful relaxation technique when we are in stress and if we use it in a correct way..
