If a steam that is septic (anaerobic) receives further human waste containing carbon, nitrogen and sulfur containing materials, what does the carbon become, the nitrogen, and finally the sulfur?

In a an anaerobic digestion :-

Carbon becomes "methane" (CH_{​​​​​4}​​​​).

Nitrogen becomes "ammonia" (NH_{​​​​​3}).

Sulphur becomes "hydrogen sulphide" (H_{​​​​​​2}​​​​​S).

Usually "carbon dioxide " is also produced in major amount if incoming human waste contain oxygen element.
