Question9. Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate + 2ATP + Pi ------- Lactone + NAD+

In the absence of oxygen , pyruvate and NADH build up in cell. So pyruvate is converted to lactate by using energy from NADH and is converted to NAD+ , so that NAD+ can be used again to continue glycolysis.

The number of total carbon atoms bonded to hydrogen in one glucose molecule is seven, and there are a total of six carbon atoms in one glucose molecule. So the ratio of C-H to C is 7 is to 6 or 7/6.

This is also the main reason for the glucose once entered into the cell is not evacuvated outside due to the conversion to glucose-6-phosphate. So glucose 6 phosphate cannot be administrated intravenously.
