Answer #1

Ans: As per the information provided definitely the location should be such that it should included lesser freight charges and have better transportation facilities. In the given situation , I prefer to look the site which will be convenient to the warehouse supply because ultimately there will be four suppliers only who will supply the material generally the material will purchased with including of freight charges so there will be no such difference occurs. But in the transportation to warehouse we have to put budget for that , so as long as possible the location should be at the middle of the eight warehouses such that if should be easily accessible to every warehouse without any difficult. Because supply transportation will not paid by us and moreover for four locations we did not to place the location far from the warehouse. Generally the by calculating the center of gravity of the given points we can decide the best site location.
