Answer: The value of healthcare organization that occurs by accurate clinical documentation, coding of diagnosis and assessment finding, as it related to their patient population as the omission of any kind of error whether in a dosage form or in the documenting procedures can provide quality of care to the patients. The performance of the healthcare organization which directly affects the life of patients and their reimbursement process. Proper documentation enables the patients to get their reimbursement as well as proper treatment.

Organization can use the analysis of clinical documentation and transform it into actionable information that can be used to improve safety and quality indicators for the organization services as the medical trial or the treatment provided to the patients can provide evidence for the future same cases. The accuracy of the clinical data reveals about the performance of the professionals as well as the staff members. This shows the quality of care that is provided to the patients.
