Answer #1

In Mexico, the gangs as well as cartels try to “one up” each other to scare off authorities, rivals, and would-be informers because they want to escalate the shock value and continue their drug trade. Also they want to keep earning easy money joining gangs and cartels that provides major recruitment in Mexico. The future of the drug war is difficult to handle because Mexico’s weak justice institutions and security, prone to corruption and inefficiency. Moreover, the government's failure in providing the legal means for in creating the well paid employment.
