RN would reply to the student nurse as the patient is more fatigue because of pregnancy. Lack of sleep and depression increases joint pain and stiffness in the patient. Make the right arm at rest to avoid harm and injury. The patient should also be ruled out for rheumatoid arthritis which also has similar symptoms of joint pain, stiffness. apply warm pressure to the right hand to relieve stiffness.
